Persian and Indonesian

I luv watching this youtube channel.  He presents the languages so well and you learn so much.  And it's just so fascinating how inter-connected we are through language.

Persian figures strongly in Bahasa Indonesian, which makes sense since Persians did trade and such in Indonesia.

And of course tie this to the Philippines.  Tagalog is similar to Indonesian.  And as we know many Middle Easterners settled and did trade in the Philippines.  And we know that Manila was originally Muslim-held Maynilad.

And I have Middle Easterners in my ancestry.
